The Colormax Systems Standard and CE Certified Hydraulic Stations and Screen Changer systems are designed for easy, quick changing of extruder screens.
The Standard Hydraulic Station employs a hydraulic pump and energy accumulator with a manually operated valve. The CE Certified Hydraulic Station and Screen Changer system comes with an automatic diverter valve that opens to activate a cylinder to extend or return the screen changer.
Both portable stations are compact, easy to move and use, and simple to operate and maintain. The integrated High Speed Screen Changer can be used for single and twin screw extruders. It connects with the Hydraulic Station during the screen changing process.
