The Colormax Systems CE Certified Hydraulic Station and Screen Changer system is designed for quick automated changing of extruder screens.
The CE Certified portable hydraulic station is compact and easy to move and use. It provides powerful, reliable, low noise, automated operation of the integrated high speed screen changer.
The screen changer system employs a hydraulic pump and energy accumulator through a one-way valve. The automatic diverter valve opens to activate a cylinder to extend or return the screen changer. The hydraulic pump is protected by a pressure sensor to avoid over pressure operation.
Simple to operate and maintain, the integrated High Speed Screen Changer can be used for single and twin screw extruders. It connects with the Hydraulic Station during the screen changing process.
