Batch Weigh Blenders

The Colormax Systems Batch Weigh Blender is a gravimetric feeder/mixer for blending multiple ingredients in a precise ratio.

Pellets from up to four multiple receiving hoppers are fed into a weigh hopper. Each ingredient fed into the gain-in-weight weigh hopper is carefully measured on the scale. When all ingredients have reached the target weight the weigh hopper discharges into a blending hopper to achieve full mixing.

The Colormax Systems Blender System provides real-time monitoring of blending accuracy and automatically compensates for material variations. With advanced dispensing technology and an advanced error-correction batch blend accuracy can reach 0.1%.
